Im not sure if I need advice, is it going to cost me to ask?

No it is not going to cost you to ask , we provide the first meeting at our costs, it therefore doesn’t cost you anything. The first meeting enables us to see if we can help you and to answer any questions that you may have. If we cannot help then we will let you know your current situation and why we can’t help. If we can help we will let you know how we may be able to improve your current situation.

How much do you cost ?

The first initial meeting is at our expense so that we can get an idea of your objectives and you can also get to know us. In the second meeting we will then discuss the remuneration options. You have no obligation to proceed. We will either be paid a commission from the lender or will charge a fee. Each individual case will be different but you can be assured that we will detail all costs before you decide to proceed.

Is the advice that you give Independent advice , are you tied to a provider?

We are whole of market directly authorised advisors which enables us to access all the products across the market. This allows us to give holistic advice that is always in your best interest.

Will my meeting be with a qualified advisor?

All of our advisors are not only qualified to give advice but also have the necessary experience to be able to give accurate and current advice. We pride ourselves on being able to provide an excellent service which means that you are always a phone call away from a qualified advisor who can answer your questions.

I do not live in your area can I still use your services?

We have clients all around the UK and abroad. We work via email, skype, phone fax and post. This can be done efficiently and effectively through our use of technology.

Where would we conduct a face to face  meeting ?

We can conduct the meeting at your home, office or at our office. Whatever is the most convenient for you. Our advisors also work after 5 pm as we appreciate that not everyone can meet us during the day.

Will our details be safe, do you sell information on ?

We are registered with the correct authorities and adhere to the Data Protection Act. We do not sell information on and have processes to ensure that you data is safe and remains confidential. If we are applying for a product on your behalf then we will have to pass on information to the providers.
